Today I went to reset the carts in my P800 only to realize that the switch that I need to depress is gone. Not the entire switch, the base is still soldered to the circuit board but the top half of the black housing and the white plunger that actuates the switch is gone. I assume my best bet is going to be to take the board to an electronics place and have them desolder the entire switch and replace it. Do you have any specs available that I can pass on to the technician? Any help appreciated.
Yikes. Not familiar with procedure on this. Will have to look at it when I’m back at work Monday.

Did you mean Monday February 4?
Still sort of expecting a response.
Sorry. Multi-thread day.
Please PM me the photographs. There isn’t much we can do if something was there and then now isn’t.
best regards,
