Which printer series?

Greetings!

I want to get a printer to convert to piezography pro inkset. Which series Epson should I be going towards? The X8X0 series or X900 series? I’m assuming more inks in play gives smoother results, correct? Which causes the least headaches like head clogs? If they are in similar condition which will, with good maintenance practices, the longest life?

Fate interjected before I got my reply by having a low mileage only driven on sundays 7890 enter my studio. Now the fun work of converting it and getting rolling making prints!
