Which matte paper gives the brightest white?

I have tried a number of papers and have ordered sample paper packs trying to find the brightest white, least creamy, archival matte paper that does not have optical brighteners. I have tried Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Ultra Smooth, Canson Infinity Rag Photograghique, Epson Hotpress and several others. What have others been pleased with?

We LOVE Canson papers and use several of them in our studio, primarily Edition Etching Rag and Rag Photographique. This is about as “bright white” as you can get without optical brighteners.
