Where to stay near Topsham

Hi.
Sorry if this isn’t the right place for this question.
I have signed up for the Pradip Malde workshop this summer and I’m looking for a place to stay, reasonably close.
Can you give any recommendations ?

I always stay at the Lyme Inn when up there. It’s about 25 minutes away but the place is very nice, has restaurant and bar and decent wifi. I know there are some B@B’s closer but it’s all what you’re looking for.
