Walker, when is new PK Photo Black out for sale?

I read of this new darker PK Photo Black, but was curious as to the time it will go on sale since I have an order I may need to send in for some other inks soon.

Will it have a new order number separate from the current PK Photo Black, or is it to replace the current PK Photo Black?
