VM "Ink Cartridge Error" - 3880

Just received a VLM and VM cartridges and ink as well as OEM chips for them from IJM. Thank you for the quick shipment!

I installed the VLM with no issue, using the “older” cartridge chip set that was included and the OEM chip.

The 3880 returns a “Ink Cartridge Error” for the VM cartridge. I double checked both OEM and cartridge chip seating and they look fine. I tried a bottom shim to no avai.

Works fine with OEM VM.

Where do we go from here?
