Viewing station recommendations in 2016

Hello All,

I’m looking for the latest thoughts/recommendations for desktop viewing recommendations. Seems like the price for such equipment has risen in the last few years.

When looking at sizes to cover 13"x19" (ish), and dimmable, two main options seem to bubble up. GTI PDV-2e/D and Just Normlicht colorFrame 01 with dimmer. Both of these are around the $900 price point. Does anyone have experience with either? Or, other units to consider?

I suggest Sorraa bulbs (2 racks) and dimmer switches.

You like those better than the LED strips?

Yeah. You can’t get any other LED higher in CRI or R-value (red output)
