After doing a head check print I find that the yellow /red/cyan cartridges print so fine that it is hard to see.
I have done all the head clean procedures and have just done cartridge flush which didn’t seem to make any difference.I am using K7 inks . Any help would be appreciated or is this normal ?
Thanks
John
Hi John~
Piezography K7 consist of seven shades of gray, with 1 being the darkest (black), and 7 being the lightest (which is VERY light, and can be hard for some people to see on plain typing paper).
I included the R1900 Piezography ink shade placement chart below. As you can see, shades 7, 6 and 5 in the yellow, magenta and cyan positions are the lightest inks (though you should see shade 6 is slightly darker than 7, and 5 is slightly darker than 6, etc…). This is normal/correct, so please go ahead and make a test print by following our Piezography workflow.
Best regards and happy printing~ Dana
