I’ve just installed a newly acquired 9800 alongside my existing 9800. Now neither printer works in the driver or in studio print. My 7800 continues to work. I’m on win7 64. What am I missing?
This could be a combination of a few things but the first thing I would check is that USB is activated on the printer (not ethernet).
Re-install the driver from epson.com
Then delete all printer queues for the 9800s and plug in just 1 printer by USB. It should auto-add.
Then plug the next printer in by USB as well and then it should auto-add.
Then you can point your Studioprint environment(s) to the proper printers.
