If all nozzles are printing, I suggest simply to print a purge sheet to clear that line:
yes i came to that conclusion also but thanks for the tip.
then i realised i had to agitate the other carts and needed to do a few cleaning cycles to get out the stale inks.
AND IT WORKED!!!
the first time i have a half way decent print!!!
