Switch a K7 neutral matte inkset to a gloss inkset

I purchased a K7 neutral inkset (matte) and want to use a Glossy ink instead and would prefer it to be the a newer Ultra HD Gloss Black. Is this possible without replacing all of the cartridges. What would be the most efficient way to do this—

I suggest this.

  1. Replace your current Neutral 1 Matte Black with Ultra HD Matte Black.
  2. Take out shade 7 (yellow channel) and replace with HD Photo Black.
  3. Use our P2 (piezography 2) curves. This way you can print gloss/matte on the fly without wasting ink switching and our P2 curves are better IMO than our K7 curves.
