Some leaking in new refillable cartridge

I recently purchased a set of refillable cartridges for my Epson R3000 to fill with PiezoFlush and try to clear a clog. I’ve noticed over the last couple of weeks that one of the cartridges leaks a little out of the exit hole (see photo). This doesn’t seem to happen on any of the other cartridges. Is this normal or is this cartridge defective?

It should not be leaking out the exit hole (it probably wouldn’t if it had actual ink in it as PiezoFlush has very aggressive surfactants that go through any defect).

Please private message me the cartridge position and order # (if you have it) and we’ll get a replacement cartridge out.
