Signs of a head failure (Epson 9900)?

Is a “blank” nozzle check prints on the Orange and LLK channels a sign that the head is “busted” and needs replacement?

  • I have clean the printer using piezoflush.

  • I also re-init the printer with piezoflush.

  • And I have performed a few

CL4 on the Orange and the LLK channels

Very little changes to the nozzle check. (See below)

What would you suggest at this point?
