Short cut to draw down ink levels to reset chip on cartridge for Epson Surecolor P600?

Is there a quick way to draw down cartridge ink levels to read empty and trick chip to reset. Lightroom will not print when cartridge is low. Windows paint will let me print but I have now printed 20 plus pages of turquoise and blue guessing that it will print with Cyan ink? Anyone?
