Set up stumble ?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Hi,

I’m currently in the midst of a new install (I’m an older user, but have a brand new computer - newest imac - and printer since I started a few years ago, though I haven’t been printing for 6+ months I hate to say).

Anyway, I’ve reinstalled all the software and am following the video installs. I’m at the point of doing a test print, but it appears that none of my curves have loaded or are accessible within Print Tools (if memory serves me right this where I can choose paper types and similar).

Please advise where I’ve gone wrong.

you have a curve permissions issue:

type this into terminal and run the install again:

sudo chmod -R 777 /Library/Printers/QTR/quadtone

(it will ask for your computer password to do the permissions fix)

Then run the install command.

Then re-install QTR to do a security fix of the permissions. This should fix it all properly.
