Service call and paper jams after head cleaning -- 7880 printer

So, I finally cleaned the capping station, … , and the printer heads on my 7880. I followed the video and now I am routinely getting a paper jam error and a need to restart the printer, or a service call error. Sometimes I can get a print out, but then the errors crop up again.

what have i done wrong?

let me note that the service call error is 0001005 for the above issue

and, one more note. I seem to have passed the service call error 00010005 and now, almost consistently get a paper jam error and restart the printer after printing one page. I am print on 190 gsm paper. Ideas? Suggestions?

You probably have some funky stuff on the encoder strip. Take a look at it and clean it with alcohol or film cleaner.
