SC P7000 Error 1F80 - "The 42V fuse has blown"

I get this error and I have the service manual, which gives that helpful hint but nowhere does it list the locations of all the fuses. I see 3 fuses on the main board and none of the measure open. I see some on the PS board and they also measure good, but because one of the solutions listed in the troubleshooting chart is “replace main board” I’m assuming that’s where the fuse is.

Am I just overlooking an obvious fuse? Or is that simply one possible reason for that fault and my board has a different one?
