I’m on an Epson 3880 and unfortunately the GO cart ran empty last night before I realized it was low. This morning, I refilled it with 70mm of GO and primed it to get all the air bubbles out. I reinstalled it into the printer, and went to print with it, but no GO is being applied to the print at all.
How do I resolve this? Thanks in advance for the help!
[QUOTE=Dana-IJM;12191]I recommend either doing a power clean cycle, or printing a few purge sheets from the LLK/GO channel using QTR Calibration Mode, which will help get the air out and refill the line with GO to the print head. For instructions on how to print purge sheets from a single channel, please go here: http://www.inkjetmall.com/tech/content.php?166-Flush-individual-channel-using-QTR-Calibration-Mode

Hi, Dana,
Thanks for the suggestions. I started by printing 4 purge sheets as per your instructions, but that didn’t work, which left only a power cleaning cycle as an option. I had to order a new maintenance tank before doing so, however, which is why it took me so long to let you know that the power clean did the job. I am now up and running again. Thanks so much for the help, and I will keep the purge info for future reference.
