My old cartridge ran out of ink, so I replaced it with a brand new VLM cartridge that I bought from you in March. Followed instructions with vacuum filling, and filled with about 30ml of ink. The printer does not recognize this new cartridge. After reading a lot of the responses to this type issue in this forum, I am looking to see if I can get a return on my order. I do not have a lot of time to go back and forth and try more cartridges - for each of the inks. Please let me know my options.
