R3000 not printing correctly after second Ink refill on resetting the chip

Good afternoon, I have installed the Cone refill cartridges to my Epson R3000 with no problems at all, prints and colours are perfect. Two cartridges became empty together, VLM and LLK On refilling and resetting the chip the printer is showing full cartridges again but the colours on the prints are now completely off. Any ideas and help in this situation would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Damien~

When you refilled the carts, did you make sure the exit chamber was at least 1/2 filled with ink, and air vent hole open for proper flow? Have you printed a nozzle check?
