Hi,
i’m having trouble with one cartridge from a set I purchased for my 1900. All the others click into place easily but one does not want to insert. I managed to (gently) force it into place and it is making electrical contact because the printer will print but there is evidence that something isn’t right as the prints are missing ink in the highlight areas. Anybody ever experience this? Any ideas?
