QuadTone RIP K7 Install file needed for 3880

This morning, I did the OS update on my iMac to Big Sur 11.2 and once again it wiped out my print drivers. I looked for the install command in the Quadtone RIP Profiles/3800-3880-K7 folder and it is not there.

I reinstalled QTR 2.7.10 and the install command is still missing.

What do I need to do to regain this file so I can resume printing with the HD Neutral Ink set?
