QTR printing landscape oriented images tiny

I’m making portrait oriented prints fine in my 4880 with qtr. but my landscape prints are having trouble. Despite the right settings, my horizontal prints are coming out tiny.

Using the 4880 and sheet feed, I believe I can still load the sheet portrait / vertically. Attached are files of my qtr settings and print result.

I selected custom at 8.5 wide by 11, because my fixed choice of A3 is reading 8.5x11, but then seems to show a weird number when I mouse over the custom A3 setting.

My image is landscape at 10 in wide x 7 in.
