QTR and Epson 4000 Wrong paper size message

Just installed QTR on my Mac Book Pro Retina OS 10.7. Made all the correct selections in Print windows. Sends to printer and keep on getting Wrong Paper Size message. Any thoughts on what’s causing problem?

Roy Harrington supports QTR directly, but I would be happy to review screen captures of your print settings to check if I can help. Please attach screen captures of your print settings for me to review (make them large enough so I can see), and I will let you know if I can see anything that would cause your problem.
