Problem with My Epson Pro 4900 Green Cartridge

When I start my Epson 4900 it gives me an error on my GREEN cartridge, I open the dropdown door pop out the cartridge and push it back in and it will work. I don’t know if the cartridge or the chip need to be replaced but I need this issue resolved. These cartridges are only a couple monthes old, PLEASE HELP.

This is not normal (as you know, based on your experience with the other carts). Chips can wear out over time, or get shorted out from static/electric shock, so we recommend everyone have a set of spare chips on hand, to be able to quickly replace a chip if needed, and resume printing, without waiting for a new chip to arrive in the mail. I have sent you a replacement green chip, which you should receive soon.
