Printing target for profiling

Hi all -
I’m new to the forum but have been following for awhile. I’m needing to order some new ICC profiles for a couple new papers I’m using. The Inkjet Mall how-to on printing the targets references the Adobe Printer Utility as a way of printing with no color management. That tool only works in OSX10.15 and earlier - I’m on 12.6.7.
Is PrintTool the way to go for printing the targets with no color management? Do all of the other guidelines in the how-to remain?

Also, just looked at Apple’s native ColorSync Utility. It appears I can print with no CM there as well.
