Printhead alignment only with color ink? P6000

I just purchased a new Epson P6000 for use with the Piezo Pro system.

I was curious if I can do the initial printhead alignment with the Piezo Pro ink, instead of cracking open a full set of brand new Epson color inks for only this purpose? Seems like a waste of expensive ink. And I would have to flush the system afterwards.

Do a uni-di manual alignment after the Pro ink is in!

No need for color.
