Post Flush Procedure - Epson SP3800

I am currently and patiently treating a clogged print head (various channels) on a well used Epson SP3800 with PiezoFhush loaded into all 9 cartidges. I have run multiple Power Clean cycles, as instructed and it is now resting. After a positive nozzle check, what procedure should I follow when I re-install the cartridges filled with ConeColor Pro K3 ink?

You will want to flush the individual channels back to Cone Color using the instructions found here: http://www.inkjetmall.com/tech/content.php?166-Flush-individual-channel-using-QTR-Calibration-Mode

Thank you, Walker. I am not currently using the software your reference in the link. Could I use the Adjustment Wizard (Adjustment/Service Program from 2manuals) and run an Initial Ink Charge?
