Piezography pro order problem!

Hi, ordered the pro system on 1st and have yet to receive access code?

Have emailed techsupport@inkjetmall.com as was instructed to if any problems but get response about having emailed webmaster and should contact forum which I am.

Orders are processed manually during business hrs Monday through Thursday. I build the error corrector manually for each order. Sorry, we’ve been out for the holiday weekend. Tools and forum access coming at you tomorrow morning.


Ok thanks, though maybe you should look at your email setup as it seems to go to webmaster account.

Thanks for writing our webmaster. He checks this email about once a week, and will fix any glaring errors or problems you report.

If you are trying to contact technical support by emailing our webmaster - that’s not going to help you.
