Piezoflush Photo Black refillable cartridge leaking

I just bought the 9900 cartridge kit and one gallon of PiezoFlush. First I have to clean the photo black channel as it’s fairly clogged and then flush all to convert to Piezo inks. Having trouble getting PiezoFlush into the heads but hope to resolve that issues soon.

Anyway, I knocked over the photo black cartridge that was sitting on the floor. I did not throw or drop it. It went to from proper vertical to horizontal and now it leaks. I don’t see any cracks anywhere but it’s leaking from the bottom away from the exit nozzle.

This must be a defective product so how do I get a replacement?
