PiezoFlush and thermal heads?

Besides my Epson 3880, I have an HP OfficeJet 8600 and a Canon iP8500 printer. The Canon has some clogged heads and I was wondering if PiezoFlush would be compatible with the head technology that Canon (and HP) use? I’ve checked around and can’t seem to find firm confirmation or denial.

I’m planning on getting some regardless for the Epson just to have on-hand, but would like an answer before sticking it into the Canon printer.

We have only used PiezoFlush with Epson printers, so don’t know how/if it will work with HP or Canon printers.

Hum. Well, that’s too bad. I don’t intend to print with it, but hopefully pushing it through the print head won’t cause harm. I guess I’ll guinea pig it for people, and post the results here.
