Hi Stuart
Thanks for this. In the end I rather gave up with the pictorico on my 3800. The combination of banding and head-strikes defeated me and I just walked away from it for a bit. But maybe this is a good chance to enter the fray once more. The idea that too much ink-load near the sheet edge causes a lift which results in head-strikes is interesting and makes sense. Thanks for that. And I will try taping the pictorico down onto card stock, that’s a good idea. I have pretty much burnt through a full box of pictorico sheets trying to get a clean print and I live on the other side of the planet and the shipping of a box costs the same as the actual product itself, so I pay double, with a weak currency (tears)
Cheers
Neil
