P8000 dumping ink on the floor

Hi, this is the first time I’ve posted anything here. If it’s in the wrong category or something - let me know.

Just wondering if anyone else has run into this issue:

I have two P8000 Surecolors.
They each have dumped a bunch of ink out of the back right side onto the floor.
One time, I’d estimate about a cup of ink.
It looks like black ink, but could be all inks mixed (on its way to the tank … ??)
It doesn’t appear to be a leak from a cartridge ( to appear black, it would have to be LK or LLK on the right side, and they seem fine - I think)

Before I start taking these things apart (they are off warranty) just thought I’d check if anyone here has run into this…
