P800 printing only thin strip

Hello - Does anyone have ideas about the P800 printing only a short strip across the paper? I have a P800 that has been converted with chipless firmware. I am having a problem with the printer only printing a few inches across a 17" x 30" piece of paper. I have updated the printer software. I printed one print and it was fine. Now it is back to this problem. I unplugged the printer. I restarted my computer to no avail. Any suggestions? Thanks.
