P6000 head / nossle issue

Hi
After having issues with the LK, I removed the head, back / suction the nossles, the printer started up fine, and printed some cleanish checks (still with LK issues). After doing a few head cleanings and one heavy it started printing the attached checks.
I’ve been trying to work my way up with affordable fixes before investing in a new head.
Considering the cost of a new head, I want to make sure that the consensus is that the head is the fix.
Any insight is much appreciated!

The LK channel is de-laminated.

Do you happen to know what’s causing the yellowish green banding ok the checks?
