P600 will not feed paper

I have P600 that refuses to feed paper. I use canton rag photo (matte) 210 gsm weight and feed it in the top. Everything else looks OK, it just won’t grab the paper and feed it into the printer. Anybody have any suggestions on what the problem is and how to fix it?

most likely the little foot is dirty and needs cleaning with alcohol.

Do that and also leave 1/8 - 1/4 inch room on left of paper (paper is flush to right) when loading.

Also, something you need to push gently from top-back of paper when it is loading.

Also, make sure the paper is not curled towards the emulsion (print side). Curl it back so the leading corners are ever-so-slightly curled away from the print side.

Combine all of these things and you should be ok.
