P600 lt cyan clogged,

my light cyan stopped printing, only a few dots of color on my test print. replaced it with an Epson cart and still nothing.ran about 6 cleanings and still nothing. called Epson support and they said take it in for service…any ideas ?

It is air in your line. Refill and reprime cart and run several cleanings in a row.

Thanks, I did that, and I also used an Epson cart and still doesn’t work [ I have your system with refillable tanks with the plastic tubes that go to the carts in the printer]

Most likely it does need service. Make sure to place all Epson carts in before.
