Order placed but no email confirmation received

Hi , I placed an order a few days ago for a 220 ml CISS kit for Epson P600, but have not received any confirmation. Emailed about it , same story … no reply to that email. I use the email as I use for this forum account. Please let me know . Thanks !

Hi Walker , thanks - but have not received that email.
I emailed you out of the email system in the web site that I had made a typo in my email address during ordering. I updated my email address in my account settings but maybe that did not work for the existing order ?
It is easy to fix - after jacob in the web address of my email address should be a hyphen (not afer jacob before the @ sign . Sorry about the confusion , I would be pleased to receive tracking info.
