Obtaining curve PZDN-X800--Meth1

I’ve been using PZDN-X800-Meth1 with QTR on a 2880, and with the very recent demise of my hard disk, I need to download another copy of this routine. Searching through the website, I’m unable to find how to get a copy. Help please!
