I just filled and installed a new complete set of your carts. All chips from Epson carts moved over – all in the correct cart and correctly oriented. None of the carts are recognized – all are X-ed out. When I pull one out and put it back in (doesn’t matter which one) it shows all carts OK. Close the inkset door, and it then shows a set none recognized. Printer sat all night with power off. Turned it on and still no recognition. Any suggestions?
I have answered this question before on this forum.
Other than doing a search on this (top right of this website). You need to put all your OEMs back and place the IJM carts in one at a time. Most likely one control chip on one cartridge is a bit bent and we can replace that.
