Just bought a new set of cartridges for my 9800 and received a shipment from Inkjet Mall today. The carts in the shipment don’t say anything about being made by or for Inkjet Mall, nor do they match the enclosed instruction sheet. May I ask What the Heck?

Normally we custom-mould and build each cartridge. We’ve sold 98xx carts for over a decade and in the last few years (2016) the mould and design we used started to degrade. No other companies had a good supply for this aging model so we traveled far and wide and tested over 15 different molds. This one single cartridge design works well but it is not our own cartridge so does not have our labeling. Sorry,
