Mixing K7 with an Epson color ink

I have one empty slot on my 9800 and was wondering if I could put an Epson color ink (really it will be a Cone Color) and not have any issues with the mix at the head or capping station. Might want to try a really cold/selenium mix with a cyan color ink. Using StudioPrint RIP so I can play.
