Yikes!

Sending out a replacement 1400 -M cartridge now. Sorry about that.

I don’t think these chips are interchangeable. The P400 ones are semi-interchangeable, but I don’t think the 1430/1400 ones are.

I just opened the box install the cartridges in my 1400 printer and the magenta has the chip missing. It has two black cartridges can I use one of these on the magenta? Or are they color specific.
