Maintenance Tank Error with 4880

Maintenance Tank not recognized by the 4880 printer

My trusty 4880 will not reset and keeps giving the message that the tank is full and needs to be changed. I have tried the following: reset chip multiple times, tried 3 other tanks, reinstalled the print driver, and have changed out the chip sensor unit the maintenance bay,
I am running a MacMini M2 with OS 14.2.1, QTR and Print Tool.
Any ideas how to fix the problem?
