Maintenance for epson 7880 from 2009

Hi All,

I have an Epson stylus 7880 from 2009 and want to get it working again.
Is it possible to do so? I’ve done nozzle checks and nothing comes out but magenta and black.
If anyone has any suggestions please share.

After doing a nozzle check with out the piezo flush I only have black and magenta coming out.
Do you think the maintenance cleaning will be enough to clean the ink channels or do I have to do a full
flush of the system using the piece flush cartridges?

Hi, I just ran across your message. By chance did you get your issue resolved? My 7880 is doing something similar. I’ve done the piezo flush in the injet mall videos and print head cleaning with paper towel. I’m afraid the printhead might be dead but I’m not totally sure. If you have any tips they would be appreciated. Much thanks!
