I just changed dampers, replaced the flushing box assembly, wiper blade & the pump cap assembly on my 4800. I ran two power cleaning cycles with cleaning liquid. My problem was continually clogged heads. I now have a new problem. The four inks on the left side print just fine. All four inks on the right side, the light color inks, are now printing lightly with light color streaks on the test print. It’s a banding but not completely clogged. I never had this problem before the maintenance. I had a hard time unclogging the heads for the light color inks after the maintenance, but now have them unclogged but have the banding. I’ve tried the paper towel with cleaner under the print head a couple of times, but still having the problem.
Any ideas?
