Ink Thrift capsule leak

I bought a set of Ink Thrift EasyFill keys and capsules for my Epson 1430. As they emptied I bought bottles of ink to refill them. When it came time to refill the Cyan capsule I discovered that it was leaking, apparently from the lower corner away from the nozzle on the side with the clear plastic. I assume that it is not fixable; how do I get a replacement.

After reviewing your order history, I see you bought the keys and capsules about six months ago. We have a 30 day warranty of damaged or defective products, as explained in our “Returns, Exchanges and Warranties” policy, here: http://shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.362672/it.I/id.180/.f. You can get a set of empty capsules here: http://shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.362672/it.A/id.7308/.f?sc=29&category=87730

Is there any way I can get a single capsule? I don’t really need a whole set.

I’m sorry, capsules are packaged as sets, and not available individually.
