Ink mixup

I use an Epson 7600 printer with Piezography K7 inks. Last week I mistakingly put some shade 2 dark gray neutral in slot 2 where shade 6 light gray is supposed. Needless to say my prints are looking very strange because i have a mix of shades in that slot. I think my only alternative is to dump the ink from slot 2 and stat over with light gray. Any suggestions beyond that?

Perhaps, rather than dumping the ink, you could get a new shade 6 cartridge. You could then transfer the shade 2 ink to a shade 2 cartridge. I can imagine it would take some time (and wasted ink) to get the shade 2 ink out of the shade 6 cartridge.
