I have an Epson 7900 printer (2012) .Since a week now, I 've tried to perform a professional cleaning process as recommended by Inkjet Mall (demonstrated on your video). In the past, I have succeeded in performing this process on two occasions.
However now I am unable to start the process because I do not get to access the special “Maintenance menu”. I get an “error” message saying “change some cartridges”. I have tried to initiate the process two more times, but I always get the same “error” message, although I know that the cartridges have ink in them. What should I do?
