I’m using the I1 Profiler, and it’s not recognizing the SpyderPrint device. Do I need to use the SpyderPrint software? Are there instructions for SpyderPrint software?

X-rite does not support Datacolor instruments. The i1 spectrophotometer contains the dongle for i1 profiler software. You can do a search on piezo forum if you’re trying to use it for Piezography or here if for icc color.
Here’s a thread at piezo forum for example
Sorry but I’m traveling and iPhone too difficult to search with.
You’ll need SpyderPrint software to get your lab data.
this should help you understand how to get lab data from your Spyder using SpyderPrint…
You will need to follow the logic of Piezography Pro software to understand where to put that data…
Thank you for the link. I’ve created the measurement file, but the PiezoDN tabs differ from the Print tabs. Which Curve tab do I copy the data to?
Were you able to first paste your starting curve into the starting curve tab of PiezoDN?
That is step 1.
My apologies for the misunderstanding. I’m not using PiezoDN, I’m using **Piezography Professional Edition Toolset v2. I’m following the Piezography Curve Calibration Tutorial video, but it’s a bit different from the I1 Profiler in the video. I’ve created the measurement file and copied the text. Do I enter this in a Curves tab (and if so, which one), or do I paste it into the measurements tab?
My reason for asking what you pasted into starting curve tab was to see if you’re following the actual instructions which I believe are very clear about where things are pasted. So I am thinking you’ve missed the first step and the process does require your attention to the details from the beginning such as what is your starting curve and have you pasted it? Do you know what new curve is and what to do with it? Where measurements go is very obvious. What I don’t want to do is answer a question without knowing if you’ve done all the previous steps correctly. That you are unsure of which tab leads me to believe you need read and view the documentation in more detail. I’m not being difficult. Just trying to get you to understand the process from the beginning which is the starting curve data.
Further to this we do not have you as a customer of the Piezography ink system and you may have purchased through our EU distributor. If you’ve installed correctly, you print your target with the appropriate Piezography master curve which is also the curve pasted into starting curve tab. The target film is contact printed using your already established correct exposure for your medium. After processing and drying it is measured and the resultant data pasted into measurements to create your new curve.
This process is repeated however the target is reprinted with the new curve which is also pasted into starting curve. The resultant measurements of this iteration are pasted into measurements producing a very linear new curve. If not very Linear A second iteration is called for.
this is how starting and new curves are used and how measurements cause a starting curve to become a new curve. And of course it only works with the Piezography ink system.
All of my purchases have been made through InkJetMall. And my account shows the orders:

Sorry confused you with another customer I’m supporting off list. I see you’re a customer of the system. And my support above is same. Hope it makes sense to you and you’ve started with step 1
